Do you think that your physical health problems and mental challenges could be linked to your emotional well-being?

I used to view the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life as separate, but I soon realized that the mind, body, and soul are deeply interconnected—each influencing the others. My personal experiences with intense emotional and physical pain led me to question these connections. When we suppress emotions, it can weaken our immune and lymphatic systems, and repressed emotions or unresolved trauma can contribute to chronic health issues, from anxiety and depression to digestive problems, gynaecological issues, and even cancer. I have faced some of these challenges myself and have seen them in loved ones. After my mother passed away from an autoimmune lung disease, I began to understand how her emotions, energy, trauma, beliefs, and lifestyle were all intertwined, revealing that it wasn’t just a physical issue!

Thankfully, I discovered that connecting with nature—through trees, plants, and flowers—helped calm my nervous system and restore a sense of peace. This connection allowed me to shift from a state of stress to one of relaxation. I am deeply grateful for this healing practice, which strengthened my bond with nature and catalyzed significant transformation.

My mission is to raise awareness about the powerful effect of mind- body- soul connection have on our overall well-being and to demonstrate how nature’s gifts can support healing. As a certified flower therapy guide, I can help you connect with the healing energy of flowers, trees, and plants. I will guide you in overcoming the limiting stories we tell ourselves as victims of our emotions, helping you release those barriers and embark on your healing journey.
